Establishment of Institutions:
The main emphasis is on consultancy services for establishment of educational institutions viz-a-viz Universities, Medical Colleges, Engineering Colleges, Pharmacy, Nursing, Bio-Tech, Management Institution etc. In addition we also facilitate Collaboration with Foreign Universities etc.
Training and Placement:
Training is the foremost important part of career building. GCS provides appropriate in-house training at various workplaces as well as centralized training at selected campuses. Interviewing techniques and mock interviews are the main ingredients of training capsules. Suitable job placement in India and Abroad is the secondary service under this category.
Under consultancy services for the establishment of educational institutions, GCS offers:
- Turnkey Consultancy,
- Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) and
- Liaison with concerned Government Departments.
Turnkey Consultancy:
Turnkey Consultancy includes preparation of DPR, follow-up with concerned departments, architectural design and plan, construction plan, equipment plan, furnishing plan, recruitment of Vice-Chancellor, Director, Faculty and Staff, Advertisement plan and schedule, Prospectus Designing, and assistance in getting students. Charges shall be on a percentage based on the cost of the project excluding the cost of land.
Preparation of DPR:
A detailed project report is written as per the norms of the concerned councils. The establishment and liaison are done by the promoters themselves. A fixed amount is charged based on the type of Institution.
Liaison Work:
Liaison with concerned departments on behalf of the promoters. A fixed amount plus cost of traveling, boarding and lodging shall be charged.
